Tropical courtyard revisited
Inbetween the main house and the guesthouse we planned to have a tropical courtyard. Only a year ago it was nothing more than a sandy dream, a fatamorgana... Now it's, see for yourself, we call it happiness...
December 2005 we visited Brazil for the very first time. We were in love with each other, and we fell in love with this old colonial beach house. We bought the place and we called it Lua Brisa, for obvious reasons. We did a complete rehash. We added light, bigger windows and doors, and more porches. Our goal was to create a happy place, a romance of two worlds: Brazilian soul with European elements. We rent Lua Brisa out to people we like and trust. It is not a business, Lua Brisa is personal.
